[Device Not Connected/Connection Failed]

If the app shows that the hardware device is not connected or the connection has failed, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. On the wallet home page, go to the "Receive" page.

  2. Verify the hardware wallet address at the bottom right corner (ensure Bluetooth, location, and all necessary permissions are enabled before verification).

  3. Alternatively, use a pin to press the small hole at the bottom right corner of the device to restart it, then reconnect to the app.

[Recover from Device Freeze]

If the device becomes unresponsive or freezes, use a pin to press the small hole at the bottom right corner of the device to perform a physical restart.

[Device Charging]

If the device is not charging, try using a different data cable and charging adapter.
