1.How to Backup Hardware Wallet Generated Mnemonics to KeyPal

*The KeyPal hardware wallet generates mnemonics in an offline state, ensuring the highest level of security. If you need to use the KeyPal Card to backup the hardware wallet's mnemonics, it is recommended to set your phone to offline mode. After completing the backup, please be sure to delete the wallet imported into the software.

To achieve a unified set of mnemonics on both the KeyPal hardware wallet device and the KeyPal Card:

  1. Import the mnemonics generated by the KeyPal hardware wallet into the TokenPocket app.

(Safety reminder: It is recommended that your phone be in airplane mode or offline, and ensure that your phone is free of viruses or risky apps.)

  1. On the wallet home page, click on "Details" in the upper right corner.

  2. Select "Export Mnemonics/Private Key".

  3. On the backup mnemonics/private key page, choose to backup with KeyPal Card.

After completing the backup, please delete the mnemonics imported into the wallet app to ensure security.
