Sales Policy

First of all, thank you for choosing to support the use of KeyPal hardware wallet products. When purchasing and using the hardware wallet, please read the following carefully.

All users who purchase KeyPal hardware wallets in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of their location are eligible for the KeyPal hardware wallet after-sales policy, unless the laws of the country or region where the user is located are explicitly relevant.

1. The warranty period for KeyPal products is one year from the date of purchase of the KeyPal hardware wallet.

2. During the warranty period, the user can enjoy the following after-sales services with the warranty certificate, the purchased product and the invoice.

(1) KeyPal hardware wallet is a blockchain digital asset management and protection security product, once the device is sold and activated, used, etc., non-product firmware quality issues are not applicable to return and exchange services, please read and confirm carefully before you purchase.

(2) KeyPal product exchange service: Users must return the valid proof of purchase, the KeyPal product, accessories (original packaging, charging cable, product manual and free gifts at the time of purchase, etc.).

(3) KeyPal product return service: Within 7 days from the date the user signs for the KeyPal hardware wallet, the product is confirmed by KeyPal to be in good condition (including but not limited to: the product has not been unpacked, the product has not been activated for use, there are no performance faults or cosmetic damage caused by human factors, the accessories are complete, the valid proof of purchase, etc.)

(4) The KeyPal team will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs arising from product quality issues (other than those caused by human factors).

(5) In order to protect the safety of users' assets, KeyPal hardware wallets do not provide any form of repair service. If there are product quality problems not caused by human factors during the warranty period, the team will help users replace the same model free of charge after confirmation.

(6) Please ensure that users keep the helper and PIN code properly; otherwise, please bear the consequences (including but not limited to hacking, loss of assets, data loss, leakage, etc.) arising therefrom.

3. KeyPal hardware wallet return, exchange and warranty services do not apply to the following cases.

(1) Non-genuine KeyPal hardware wallets as verified by the team; beyond the warranty period.

(2) The product itself is reasonably determined by the KeyPal team not to have quality problems, including but not limited to normal wear and tear of the product's appearance during use, etc., mismatch between the purchased KeyPal hardware wallet and the software wallet or mobile device used by the user, etc.

(4) Failure or damage caused by man-made reasons of the user or a third party (including but not limited to not following the instructions for the use of the product, storage, etc.).

(5) Failure to return the KeyPal product, accessories or gifts, etc. intact when returning or exchanging the product.

(6) Where the product can be resolved after upgrading.

(7) Where the proof provided by the user, such as vouchers and invoices, does not meet the requirements

(8) Damage caused by force majeure (fire, flood, lightning strike, etc.).

(9) Other circumstances that are unreasonable as well as applicable laws and regulations and policies.
