When using a hardware wallet, please be sure to verify the current receiving address

(The purpose of the verification is to ensure that the current wallet address belongs to the current mnemonic control of the hardware wallet)

First, find the address belonging to the hardware wallet (with KP_XXXX in the wallet list), as shown below

After selecting the wallet address, enter the main interface, click "Receipt" - Figure 1,

enter the payment page, and click "Verify" If the verification fails, as shown in Figure 2 If the verification is successful, as shown in Figure 3
