After resetting the device, you need to pay attention to:
Before hardware reset, connect to the client (APP) and generate hardware wallet addresses under all public chains must be deleted (click on each public chain, delete all wallet names with KPXXX suffix).
If the deletion is not complete, the address mismatch will be displayed when the Bluetooth connection is made, as shown in the following figure:
