Explanation for “Safety Check Failed” During Transfer

*For firmware version 2.4.04 and below, transfers on ETH and EVM chains using USDT for Gas payment or Gas-free mode may trigger this error.

Solutions:

  1. Use the native coin corresponding to the network to pay the Gas fee, such as ETH or BNB.

  2. Avoid using Gas-free mode: In older firmware versions, free payment or using USDT for Gas may cause the above error.

Upgrade to the latest firmware: To use USDT payment or Gas-free mode, upgrade the firmware to the latest version 2.4.05.
