Check and deal with Bluetooth connection

The actual situation may be that the bluetooth cannot be connected, or the bluetooth may not find the device at all.

1. Check the hardware wallet status

(1) Whether the wallet has turned off the Bluetooth, if it is turned off, turn on the Bluetooth from the menu;

(2) Bluetooth is turned on but the device cannot be found, or the Bluetooth icon is not displayed. Turn off bluetooth from the menu --> power off --> power on --> turn on bluetooth from the menu. If there is still no Bluetooth icon, it may be a Bluetooth chip problem. It is recommended to replace the device directly.

(3) The device cannot be found: whether the hardware wallet is in the USB connection state (connected to the computer), and whether the Bluetooth icon on the screen is connected (displayed in blue). If the USB is connected, unplug the data cable, turn off and on again. If the Bluetooth is connected, the device is connected to another mobile phone, and the connection can be disconnected by turning off and on again.

(4) The Bluetooth pairing code is not seen on the hardware wallet: reboot, and then reconnect the Bluetooth. And check whether there is already this device in the Bluetooth pairing list, if there is, delete the pairing, and then pair it again in the APP. Do not pair directly in the Bluetooth list of the mobile phone, this may cause the APP to not detect the device.

(5) The maximum number of Bluetooth pairings of the device is 8. If the number of paired mobile phones is greater than 8, it will automatically cover the previous paired mobile phones. At this time, if it is connected to the mobile phone whose pairing information has been covered, it will appear that Bluetooth can be connected but For the problem of inability to communicate, you need to delete the pairing in the Bluetooth list of the mobile phone and then re-pair from the APP.

2. Check the phone status

(1) Check whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, and then look for the Bluetooth device starting with TP in the Bluetooth list of the mobile phone.

(2) If it is a device that has already been paired, you can delete the pairing, turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and then turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone after a while. The hardware wallet device is also turned off and on again.

(3) Occasionally some older mobile phones (I have seen this situation in the old vivo mobile phones of the testing department), it may be necessary to restart the mobile phone to make the mobile phone Bluetooth work normally.

(4) The Bluetooth pairing box is not seen on the mobile phone: check whether the notification permission of TokenPocket is disabled.
