Driver Installation Problems

(Only Windows need)

Note: Before upgrading, please check if the driver is installed correctly.

The driver installation method is as follows:

Driver download address: https://wallet.keypal.pro/data/client/zadig-2.5.exe

1.When the hardware is turned off, insert the data cable to connect to the computer, double-click the Zadig installation package, and click Install WCID Driver to install the driver.

2.When the hardware device is turned off, press and hold the down button, and insert the data cable to connect to the computer, double-click the Zadig installation package, and click Install WCID Driver to install the driver.

If the device cannot be found, click Option, select Listing all device, and select the KEYPAL device below.

*Note

Confirm whether the driver is installed correctly and is running properly in the system.

Check procedure: Press Ctrl + Alt + Del keys and locate [keypald].
