Recovery Methods for Device Malfunction

If the device becomes unresponsive during use, we recommend the following recovery method:

Use a pointed object (such as a paperclip) to press and hold the Reset hole at the bottom of the device for about 1 second. This will trigger a power - off reboot and help restore normal operation. (Note: This operation will not reset the device - it only performs a power-off reboot.)

Power-off Notice: The device cannot be powered off while charging. Please unplug the charging cable and press the center button for 2–3 seconds to turn it off.
