Firmware Upgrade Issues

1. The KeyPal hardware does not respond after connecting to the computer?

Use Google Chrome to open https://connect.keypal.pro/ to enter the upgrade page and connect the KeyPal hardware to the computer and nothing happens.

In this case, please check whether the KeyPal bridge is installed and whether it is running normally.

Check if KeyPal bridge is installed

Run task manager and check if Bridge (keypald) is running in your computer system.
