How to Import the Backup Private Key into the TokenPocket APP

Open the TokenPocket App :

Tap the icon at the top-left to enter the “Wallet List”, or go to “Me” → “Manage Wallets” at the bottom-right, which will show all the wallets you have already created or imported.

Select “Import Wallet” :

Choose the network/chain you want to import into. Tap the “+” icon and select “Import Wallet”, then choose “Private Key” as the import method to enter the private key import page.

Import the Private Key :

Input your backed-up plain-text private key (typically a 64-bit hexadecimal string, which may start with 0x), or scan the private key QR code. You can also import your private key via KeyPal Card.

Please be careful with case sensitivity. You can also freely set your wallet name (avoid duplicate names to prevent confusion).

Confirm and Complete :

After confirming the import, your wallet address and assets will be displayed after being synchronized with the blockchain network.

Notes :

  • Private Key = Key to Your Wallet: Whoever has the private key has full control over the wallet. Never disclose it!

  • Difference Between Private Key and Mnemonic Phrase: A mnemonic phrase can restore the entire wallet (including multiple addresses). A private key can only restore the single corresponding address.

  • Best Practices for Storage: Do not take screenshots or save to the cloud drive. It is best to write it down on paper offline or save it to the KeyPal Card.
