Solution for KeyPal Hardware Wallet Transfer Error: “No Permission”

When using the KeyPal hardware device to make a transfer, if TokenPocket displays “No Permission”, it is usually caused by mobile system permissions. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Check app permissions:

Go to your phone settings → Apps → TokenPocket → Permissions, and ensure all permissions related to the TokenPocket app are enabled. If any permission shows “Denied”, manually enable all of them.

Also, check if the “Security Manager” on your phone has TokenPocket listed under controlled apps. Finally, check the notification shade for any alerts restricting temporary permissions.

After checking all permissions, close the TokenPocket App from the background and restart it.
